Domain Sales Report – September 24, 2026 | Daily Domain Auction Results

September 24, 2026 was the busiest auction session of the week so far, with 470 completed sales tracked across GoDaddy, DropCatch, Namecheap, Dynadot, Catched and GoDaddy closeouts. The headline was MyTickets.com, which sold for $25,000 on DropCatch — the largest single sale of the day by a wide margin, and a textbook example of what an exact-match ticketing .com is worth to the market.

Right behind it came an unusual result: xn--pgt.com, a punycode (internationalized) .com, fetched $9,300 on Dynadot — the day's second-biggest sale and one of the largest IDN results of the month. GoDaddy's expired auctions were anchored by end-user keyword .coms, with siloamspringskayakpark.com ($7,550) and webworkerdaily.com ($6,400) leading a table packed with local-business and media names, while mixedrealitylab.org ($5,350) showed that premium .orgs still command serious money.

Two steady trends ran through the data. Namecheap's expired auctions stayed true to form with .ai momentum — crispy.ai led at $5,006, followed by arki.ai ($2,400), zenix.ai ($1,525) and agentbrain.ai ($1,450) — while a striking cluster of random-letter .xyz names (zhphdub.xyz, sswxfwp.xyz and others in the $470–$485 range) kept their consistent, bot-like bid pattern on Namecheap.

Domain Market Analysis: September 24, 2026

End-user keyword .coms carried the day. MyTickets.com's $25,000 result is the purest expression of this: an exact-match, high-intent domain in the ticketing vertical, bought for what it can earn, not what it can flip. GoDaddy's table told the same story at a smaller scale — siloamspringskayakpark.com, webworkerdaily.com, labellavitakitchenbar.com ($4,550) — long names that only make sense as operating businesses.

The IDN outlier is real. xn--pgt.com at $9,300 on Dynadot is a punycode (internationalized) domain — a format most investors ignore. But short IDN .coms have a dedicated collector market, and a near-five-figure result on a table where the #2 sale was $999 proves that liquidity exists in pockets of the market most people never look at.

.ai keeps compounding on Namecheap. crispy.ai ($5,006), arki.ai ($2,400), zenix.ai ($1,525), agentbrain.ai ($1,450), deno.ai ($1,010), diffusive.ai ($1,009) — the pattern is now structural: short, product-ready .ai names clear four figures almost daily. The random-letter .xyz cluster (zhphdub.xyz at $484.31, sswxfwp.xyz at $482.33 and several more) is the other Namecheap signature — algorithmic-looking bids that repeat day after day.

Europe's ccTLDs did their steady work on Catched. beautybienetre.fr ($495), doce.ai ($464), charliemag.es ($304) and lajafriz.es ($255) led a 20-name table of French, Spanish, German and other country codes — the value tier for investors who know specific European markets.

Closeouts cleared volume. GoDaddy's fixed-price closeouts moved 50 names — 46 at $50 and 4 at $40 — the deep-value end of the expired pipeline doing what it always does.

Frequently Asked Questions

What was the most expensive domain sold on September 24, 2026?
MyTickets.com, which sold for $25,000 on DropCatch. The second-biggest sale was xn--pgt.com at $9,300 on Dynadot.

Which marketplaces are included in this report?
GoDaddy Auctions, DropCatch, Namecheap expired auctions, Dynadot auctions, Catched (ccTLD auctions), plus fixed-price closeouts from GoDaddy — 470 completed sales in total.

What is xn--pgt.com, and why did it sell for $9,300?
The xn-- prefix marks it as a punycode (internationalized, non-ASCII) domain name. Short IDN .coms have a dedicated collector and investor market, particularly for strings with meaning in major non-Latin-script languages — and a near-five-figure result shows that demand is real.

Why did MyTickets.com sell for $25,000?
It's an exact-match, high-intent .com in the ticketing vertical — the kind of name a ticket marketplace or event company would build a brand on. End-user-grade keyword .coms in commercial verticals routinely command five figures because the buyer is pricing future revenue, not resale value.
