Domain Sales Report – September 26, 2026 | Daily Domain Auction Results

September 26, 2026 opened with a bang at the very top of the market. The three-character 66f.com sold for $56,000 on GoDaddy, and the single-word credits.org was right behind at $55,000 — two of the biggest single-day results in this report's recent run.

The .org strength didn't stop there: cxpa.org brought $8,900 and ghrnet.org $3,001, while Namecheap added teethwisdom.org at $2,905. Four-letter .coms held firm too, with cirf.com selling for $10,099 and solarindustrymag.com at $10,751.

Two newer extensions made their mark. orca.xyz sold for $8,078 on GoDaddy, with dgdrive.xyz ($993) and two.xyz ($715) adding depth to the .xyz column. On Namecheap, treatments.ai ($2,875) and businesses.ai ($1,925) headlined a dozen .ai sales, while short numeric .coms — z1bet.com ($3,001), nohu777.com ($829), 6million.com ($823) — rounded out the liquid end of the board. Namecheap's table also carried short-brandable .io value — pipsnyt.io ($1,180) and isima.io ($990) — while Catched's alta-luz.es ($1,600) led the ccTLD tier.

Domain Market Analysis: September 26, 2026

Two heavyweights, one venue. 66f.com ($56,000) and credits.org ($55,000) both sold on GoDaddy — and together they dwarfed everything else on the board. The three-character .com is the scarcest liquid asset class in domaining; the single-word .org paired a premium dictionary word with a finance keyword.

.org was the day's strongest extension story. Beyond credits.org, cxpa.org ($8,900), ghrnet.org ($3,001), teethwisdom.org ($2,905) and c2cpreschool.org ($887) show .org pulling serious money across auctions. Short, credible .orgs keep finding end-user and investor demand well above their reputation as a "nonprofit" extension.

Four-letter .coms held their floor. cirf.com at $10,099 confirms the LLLL.com market's steady five-figure floor for clean, pronounceable combinations — the workhorse asset class of the liquid market.

.xyz keeps producing outliers. orca.xyz at $8,078 was the day's #6 sale overall, with dgdrive.xyz ($993) and two.xyz ($715) showing the extension has genuine depth, not just one-off spikes. Single dictionary words in .xyz are the extension's blue chips.

.ai and numerics filled the middle. treatments.ai ($2,875), businesses.ai ($1,925) and a dozen more .ai sales on Namecheap kept the AI theme liquid; z1bet.com ($3,001), nohu777.com ($829) and 135777.com ($610) kept the numeric .com bid depth intact. Catched's ccTLDs (alta-luz.es $1,600) and 50 closeouts rounded out the day.

Frequently Asked Questions

What was the most expensive domain sold on September 26, 2026?
66f.com, which sold for $56,000 on GoDaddy Auctions. The second-biggest sale was credits.org at $55,000, also on GoDaddy.

Which marketplaces are included in this report?
GoDaddy Auctions, Namecheap expired auctions, Catched (ccTLD auctions), plus fixed-price closeouts from GoDaddy — 270 completed sales in total.

Why did 66f.com sell for $56,000?
Three-character .coms are the scarcest liquid asset class in domaining — only a few thousand exist, and numeric-letter mixes like 66f have deep, global investor demand. Shorter character counts mean easier valuation and faster resale, which is why they command five-figure prices.

Why did credits.org sell for $55,000?
"Credits" is a premium single-word domain in the finance vertical — and .org is a credible home for fintech, lending and data businesses. One-word money keywords in .org regularly clear five figures when end users are bidding.

How often is this sales report updated?
Daily. Each post covers the previous day's completed auctions across the major marketplaces.
